what is the soul?

What is the soul?

 God has instructed that
 الرُّحُ مِن أمرِ رَبّي (سورۃ: الاسراء ، آيۃ: ۵۸ ، پ: ۵۱)
When you were asked about the reality of the soul, you were told by the Holy Language that it is a thing, which is created in the body by the command of Allah Almighty, from which the animal is resurrected.  And when this thing leaves the body, death befalls it. Another place says that
 لہِلَخهُ الخَلَقَ وَالأمُرأ (Surat al-A'raf, verse: 1)
Listen!  Both creation and command are for Allah.  From this it is known that Allah Almighty first creates the structure, then what is in it, then that thing comes into being, and that is the name of the Lord, the soul, so we can say that the soul is an immaterial thing.  Shah Waliullah Muhaddith Dehlavi, while further explaining the reality of the soul, has written that the soul is born of subtle steam, whose name is Nasma.  This nasma is formed from the fourfold mixture: blood, mucus, soda and bile.  It has the power to create life in terms of its ability to form.  The heart is the center of its birth and supplies to every part of the body.  Nasma works according to the ability of the template, for example the ability to see in the eye, then this Nasma will reach the eye and act as a force of sight. The ability to hold in the hand and hear in the ear, then Nasma these organs.  I will work for them when I arrive.
Inside the body, this nasma is produced from food, so nasma is affected by the characteristics of the food. If there is a good and nutritious food, then nasma will also be strong. And if there is a lack of nutrition, then its effect will be from it.  Will also look at Nasma.  That is why the Shari'ah has placed great emphasis on halal food, so that the namas that arise from it will be free from sin and its harmful effects.
In this Nasma, the power of life is created only when the Spirit of God comes and stays in it, which is called Nafs Natika.  Nafs Natiqa's station is Nasma and Nasma's position is body. Nasma and body keep changing, but Nafs Natiqa never changes.
Let us take an example of this that a man's name is Zaid, so this Zaid is not the name of his special body, because changes in the body do not change his name.  When Zaid was a child and his hands, feet and all the parts of his body were small, he was still Zaid and when he grew up, he is still Zaid.  Here his body is changing, but Zaid is not changing.  In the same way, one of Zaid's hands is cut off, the nasma of the hand, that is, his strength, is lost, then Zaid remains, or his sight is lost, and the soul that is circulating in the form of the eye, that is, nasma, perishes.  Even so, Zayd remains intact. In this example, we see that both the body and the soul are changing; but Zayd remains in its place, and the thing that changes cannot be a definite human being;  Therefore, Zaid is the narcissist, who does not change even after death.  In short, the effects of the changes in Zayd are visible only in his body and in his breath, because they are both made of clay, there is no change in Zayd himself, because he is a soul.  Yes, the Spirit of God, whose reality is that He is the command of the Lord and there is no change in the command of the Lord
Since the soul (nafs natiqa) is a spiritual matter, which we can identify only through a body, so in the external matter we see that the body of Zaid and its nasma is Zaid, although in reality  That is, it is just a cloak to identify the abode of the Spirit of God.
 The reality of death
But when this Nasma leaves the body, the man dies, the body also begins to rot, but the Spirit of God never leaves Nasma.
The changes that take place in the body are due to the change in the steam formed by Nasma, i.e. the fourfold mixture.  When the supply of steam from the center of the heart to an organ is affected, that organ is also affected, which we call disease.  For example, vision is lost when the supply of nasma from the center stops, when nasma does not reach the eye, its ability to see is affected, or it disappears.  There are also reasons for the supply of Nasma to be cut off, either the organ loses its ability to receive Nasma due to an injury, etc., or there is a disturbance in the place of growth of Nasma, due to which the supply system or Nasma becomes.  The system of is affected, however, just as if the nasma does not reach the organ, then that organ becomes useless, in the same way the nasma (steam) stops forming in the center, then the connection of nasma with the body is broken and the whole body.  It becomes useless, which we call death. But this does not end the relationship between Nasma and the Spirit of God (Nafs Natiqa), the Spirit of God remains in the form of Nasma and at the same time flies away from the body and reaches the world of example.  Goes  Then in the world of illustrations - as stated in the preface of the first, that there are also spiritualities in the form of a body - it is given a body.  This body is given to him in view of his deeds.  If there are good deeds, then the body of light is given, and if the deeds are bad, then the body of oppression is given, then the goods of torment and reward begin on the same body (in which its soul (nafs natiq) is), which  The situation is called Barzakh.
 Summary of discussion
The soul is the name of the source of life, it is a subtle steam, which is created in the heart by the mixture of the four: soda, bile, mucus and blood. Its name is Nasma, in this Nasma the real soul comes and stays.  Rabbani and Nafs are called Natiqa, so the place of Nafs Natiqa is Nasma, the place of Nasma is heart and the place of heart is body.  There are changes in the body and soul, while there is no change in the nafs natiqa. The following creational system is driven inside the soul and the body:
 (2) The creation of the smallest particle of the universe involves two things: one is its appearance, that is, its body.  The second is its inner reality, the soul.
 (2) The survival of the soul depends on the body and the survival of the body depends on the soul.  If the soul goes out, then the body becomes useless and if the body becomes useless, then the soul does not stay in it.
 (2) Nasma ie steam reaches every part of the body and creates life according to the capacity of the organs of the body, for example the ability to hear in the ear, then this Nasma reaches the ear and creates the power of hearing.  There is an attribute of seeing in the eye, so this nasma reaches there and creates the power of sight.
 (2) The nature of the body determines the nature of the soul.  Just as Nasma, the soul, reaches the eye from the center and produces the power of sight, so the soul that produces the power of sight will be identified with the eye.  In the same way, the ear has the characteristic of hearing in the soul, so the ear will be the only means of identifying the hearing soul. Because it never happens that if the eye is opened, its power enters the visual nose, or in another organ.  Moves.
 (2) Nasma does not create life until the command of the rabbi, that is, the nafs, comes into it.  This nafs natiqa i.e. the soul of the Lord comes and stays in Nasma, Nasma has a fixed heart and the heart is found in the body.
 (2) Nasma's connection with the body is broken, so it is called death, but the relationship between Nasma and the Spirit of God never ends.  This body leaves the animal and reaches the world of example, and there it is given the appropriate luminous or cruel body of deeds, on which the rulings of punishment and punishment are issued.
